You can check the status of your order via email email@example.com or by calling us at; 1-231-924-2695. Please include your full name. telephone number and invoice number with all inquiries. Please do not call this number for returns. Please review our return procedure below.
We ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select as well
as US Postal Express. US Postal shipments (P.O. Boxes, Military P.O. Boxes,
etc.) will be subject to a $16.00 handling/surcharge fee, unless a physical
address is given as the alternate ship to.
We order our merchandise to be available before it is printed in our catalog
or on our website. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected
demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be
delayed, you will be notified following your order, by e-mail, or by
a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to
avoid possible delays.

Returns Can ONLY Be Processed If The Following Steps Are STRICTLY Followed.
Note: ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT! All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our published INSPECTION CRITERIA, and determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.
Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 10 days of confirmed delivery to you from United Parcel Service (or applicable shipping company). Powersedge.com shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product or exchange the item and return it to you. Returns of non-defective items that are returnable by Powersedge.com to product manufacturer may, at Powersedge.com’s sole discretion, be accepted for return. ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 25% RESTOCKING FEE (actual fee determined by Powersedge.com Customer Care Representative) and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Powersedge.com’s sole discretion.
Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Powersedge.com from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. No refunds will be given on closeout or clearance items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a Powersedge.com Customer Care Representative. Absolutely no returns or refunds will be accepted on electrical parts, helmets, manuals, & inner tubes. Including decals, stickers and all orders of $25 or less.
STEP 1: CHECK YOUR RETURN
All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be returned with ORIGINAL PACKAGING. However, all returned items must be shipped in a separate shipping box; do not ship return items in manufacturer’s packaging, as they will not be accepted. All packing materials, manuals, and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and Powersedge.com’s return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies, including but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will not be issued.
THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA WILL BE FOLLOWED IN REJECTING RETURNS AND REFUSING CREDIT:
- Products which are improperly packaged
- Products returned to Powersedge.com in non-qualified shipping container
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
- Products with any standard certification labels or product number labels removed
- Damage: Any dents, scratches, defacement, or abuse of base casing
- Damage: loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
STEP 2: FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) This form must be filled out to process any return.
Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without a RMA # will be documented and returned to you.
STEP 3: SHIP & INSURE YOUR RETURN
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. This is for your protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” Powersedge.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – if your return does not qualify in the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you. If the merchandise you send us does not meet the return requirements, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for shipping.
